Ausgreen Solar is committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied
with any aspect of our products or services, all our customers make a complaint to us. This Complaints
Procedure is to help you better understand how to address your issue and achieve the best outcome as
soon as possible.

Please provide your full name, property address, a description of the issue, and, where applicable, clear
photos of the meter box, inverter, or affected equipment.
Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it, investigate the matter, and keep you informed of its
progress. Minor issues are generally resolved within 1–3 weeks, while more complex matters may take 4–6
weeks, depending on factors such as weather, site access, and the nature of the issue.
Your complaint will be assigned to a member of our support team who will investigate the matter and advise
you of the outcome and any proposed resolution. Where appropriate, remedies may include repairs,
replacement, or a refund in accordance with your contract, applicable warranties, the Australian Consumer
Law, and any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Ausgreen Solar treats all complaints seriously and uses customer feedback to continually improve our
products, services, and processes. If you are dissatisfied with our resolutions, you can seek help from your
relevant state consumer Office.
